Arab Gas Pipeline - The Hat-Trick.
Optilan will be providing telecommunications
for the third, Syrian, section of the Arab Gas Pipeline.
This latest contract contact
gives Optilan, who have previous supplied telecommunications
under separate contracts for the first, Al-Arish -
Taba, and second, Jordanian, sections, the hat-trick.
It means that the company has responsibility for the
supply and integration of all telecoms over the entire
900km+ pipeline.
The Syrian contract, awarded by Russian joint stock
company Stroytransgaz, was won conjunction with Optilan's
Moscow Office.
