Optilan provides maintenance and support packages individually designed to customer specification. These packages incorporate all aspects of completed system, from individual subsystem components to transmission systems and network cabling, including legacy and non-Optilan systems and equipment if required.
Optilan’s maintenance and support services comprise:

- 24/7/365 Dedicated Telephone Helpline Support

- Emergency Stand-by Specialist Engineering Teams available on a ‘next-flight’ basis.
Training
Customer Engineers tasked with providing First Line Systems Support benefit from Optilan’s commitment to supplying comprehensive, accurate & accessible documentation for the finished system
In addition, Optilan’s highly experienced Trainers will travel to site anywhere in the world, delivering system-specific training to Customer and Indigenous Workforces involved in First and Second Line Maintenance and Support. Training could alternatively be provided at Optilan’s UK Training School, if preferred.
