QUALITY
Optilan has been
ISO 9001 accredited since 1996, and was
re-certified to version 2000 in 2002. This accreditation
covers all aspects of Optilan’s operations
throughout the UK and worldwide. Optilan
Inc., Optilan’s US company, is ANAB accredited.
A system of continuous
improvement now operates throughout the organisation,
and
Optilan fully monitors the standards of its
external suppliers, promoting ISO 9001:2000
accreditation throughout the supply chain.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
Optilan holds OHSAS
18001 accreditation and is a member of the
British Safety Council, and has an excellent
Health & Safety record. A positive
safety culture is actively promoted at all levels
throughout the organisation, and all employees
are required to participate fully in maintaining
a working environment where their own health
and safety, and that of colleagues, customers,
visitors, contractors and others alike, is paramount.
