Dark Pulse, Inc. This includes: Dr. Joseph Catalino as a Member of the Board, Mr. Ken Davidson, as a Member of the Board, and DarkPulse Chairman & CEO, Mr. Dennis M O’Leary, as Chairman of the Board of Optilan.
